Home exclusion is updating, sealing or repairing the exterior of the home or office to stop existing problems or prevention of future problems with bats, mice,snakes, birds and insects.
Bryan specializes in home exclusion. During an inspection Bryan will look at the exterior of your home and come up with a bid or a quote. Once the entry points for the target species you wish to exclude from your home have been identified he will then come up with a plan to mitigate the existing issues while also recommending preventive measures to prevent future issues. Bryan will go over the bid and his recommendations before leaving.
There are some homes we recommend having preventive inspections done yearly or bi-Yearly. Some homes can go 10 plus years and never see a mouse again, some homes the mice chew back in 2 to 3 yrs. In rare cases we’ve seen mice chew back within a Year.
Bryan is Bat Standards Certified through NWCOA. We utilize the most humane techniques for the bats safely exit your home or office and not allow them to re enter your home or office. We follow the Illinois State law to protect bats during hibernation and during the birthing season.
